The existing bidding system needs to be improved with stronger security protocols. Also, real-time bidding and application navigation need improvement. The platform lacked reliable mechanisms to validate bidding activities. The UI/UX design is outdated and needs improvement to meet modern user requirements. The platform needs to handle a large volume of data, so a robust backend architecture must be designed.
SOLUTION
Dev Technosys implemented a socket-based real-time bidding architecture to provide the latest information to users. To create a responsive mobile experience, we used React & React Native, while Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL supported the backend and data management. Our App engineers have added Buy Now functionality and instant ticket delivery to ensure a smooth ticket-auction journey for the users. Our on-demand app development solutions are built with compliance standards. For security, we have implemented a secure payment gateway and JWT-based authentication.
