Project Overview

It is a Doctor On-demand platform that allows all users to connect with the doctors for four types of services like Video, Audio, Home, Clinic and consultation services. They can book an appointment with the doctors they wish to get treated from although the patients have to sign up on the platform. It also provides services to doctors and hospital and other hospital staff as they can list themselves onto the application to provide their services to all who are in need.

The mobile application development was done for both iOS and Android versions. The platform is available both as a website and as an on-demand appointment booking mobile application. It involves all standard model features such as booking an appointment, reviewing appointments, cancellation & Refund, appointment request management, review services, etc. The Doctor on-demand App Development is in trend and brings value to the overall online space.

Challenges

• Security and Data Privacy is one of the challenges while developing this app. Both incoming and outgoing data should be encrypted.
• API’s and integration to 3rd party tool and services.
• Managing Pending and Active Prescription along with Doctor and Patient involvement
