The major challenge for customers in the Burgermeister application is finding their favorite burger online. Now, they can explore various options by navigating to different cafes/restuarnts. The main goal of this solution was to create a direct digital connection between Burgermeister and its customers.
Dev Technosys developed this on-demand app solution with a focus on features such as convenient pickup, real-time order visibility, personalized ordering, promotions, and customer engagement. A secure payment gateway is integrated with PCI DSS to ensure safety to sensitive data.
Customers can make repeat purchases, track the delivery partner in real time, check order status, complete checkout in a few taps, and chat with the restaurant. They can browse discounts, deals, and offers available in the application based on their purchase history. This has created a monetization opportunity for the business to increase revenue. Burgermeister can include membership options to earn more.
The application is connected with social media and other digital channels to collect loyalty points or check the latest updates. Our food delivery app development company has built a solution that is accessible across mobile platforms. The current listings are available through both Google Play and Apple's App Store.
