Overview of the Project

The traditional ticketing platform didn't allow users to book tickets in real time or bid live. This was the major reason for low conversion rates. Ticket Dash was developed as an on-demand solution as a next-generation event ticketing platform. Users can browse events, place bids, monitor their position, and win tickets.

The main focus was to create structured navigation and to create a transparent ticket-buying journey. We addressed the challenge of including secure transactions and managing high-demand events. Our experts have implemented JWT-based authentication and secure user sessions, and socket-based real-time event and bidding updates to address these concerns.

Now, users can get quick & easy bidding options with recommendations based on their app interaction history. Users have a dashboard to check bidding history, status, and more details. This has improved user engagement for the application.
