Project Overview
A leading telecom operator in the MENA region sought to modernize its outdated asset management system. The organization managed over 2 million assets globally, but legacy systems created inefficiencies in tracking, maintenance, and task management.
Dev Technosys collaborated with the client to implement ServiceNow Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Now Mobile, transforming manual operations into a unified, automated digital ecosystem. The goal was to bring complete visibility, control, and scalability across all asset processes from shipment to utilization.
The newly developed system provides real-time asset tracking, seamless preventive maintenance scheduling, and an intuitive self-service portal that empowers teams to manage and request assets effortlessly.
