WiLReji – Multilingual Cloud POS & Restaurant Management Platform

Project Overview

The goal of creating WiLReji was to provide foreign restaurant owners and multilingual personnel in Japan with an easy, accessible, and data-driven POS solution to help them manage their daily restaurant operations. The invention was born out of a real problem that restaurant operators had, and traditional cash registers were hard to operate.

The client wanted a cloud-based POS technology that would handle several languages and bring key restaurant operations together under one umbrella. The solution had to manage payment processing, attendance, customer data, sales analysis, mobile ordering, and company insights, but still be easy for workers from varied linguistic backgrounds.

Our POS software development company has built a multilingual restaurant management system that includes language switching, mobile ordering, artificial intelligence data analysis, consumer insights, secure cloud infrastructure, and centralized business administration. The system supports Japanese, English, Chinese, Nepali, Hindi, and Thai, so restaurant personnel can run the POS in the language they like.
