We have spent more than 15 years developing software for clients worldwide. Till now, we have counted our success by the number of projects and clients served. Through this journey, we realized that celebrating success within the office premises is too small. This instant realization makes us take a step towards our responsibilities for society.
Last year, we brought our team together outside to celebrate success through our CSR initiatives. Now we can say that we can measure our success also by the lives we have touched and the support we provide. This way, we give time, care, effort, and attention to the causes that matter. Every step we have taken till now has been carried out with full sincerity, not as a checklist we have to follow.
We are beginners and are still looking to grow our efforts for CSR. Our concept works on starting small, doing things carefully with empathy, and gradually taking more initiatives. One thing that we want everyone to know is that our initiatives and efforts are honest and genuine.

Together, We Will Turn Small Acts of Kindness Into Meaningful Change
Even though our CSR journey is very short, our intent is clear and always in support of our society. We have built a lasting initiative focused on children and will grow it for community well-being and the environment.
At the beginning, we picked up 3 areas, and that too for a reason. First, we selected an orphanage because children deserve warmth and encouragement. This gives something beyond just materialistic support.
Our next initiative is to clean our surroundings and shape them in a way that we can live and grow. We think that no CSR work can be done without a genuinely supportive team.

Our First Initiative
A Christmas Full Of Smiles
Last year, we visited an orphanage in our locality in December. We celebrated Christmas with the children because they deserve all the love and care. We played many games, enjoyed dancing, and entertained the kids by becoming Santa Claus.
We gave them presents, shared a meal together, and spent a few hours talking with them. Some of our team members bought sweets, chocolates, and warm clothes. Others enjoyed playing with them and learning about their talents. Even those children helped us decorate the space with lights and balloons.
We weren't able to talk to every child, but whatever stories we had heard from them were really touching. At the end, their happiness, excitement, and the concept of living life to the fullest reminded us why this matters.
Not just a single person, the entire team that went there found some changes in themselves. We came back to work the next day with a different sense of what our time is worth.
We have decided to make it an annual tradition and visit them in search of happiness in our daily schedule. A few volunteers have already asked to help organize next year's visit.

The purpose of our CSR initiatives is to support communities that are ignored by the masses but are a part of our society. We help people in the best possible way we can, whether by money, attention, care, effort, or moral support. We truly care for the people we share our surroundings with.
We believe small steps can bring about positive, big change. It even encourages others to contribute and be a part of it. Our goal is to build CSR activities that feel genuine, useful, and sustainable for everyone involved.

Our first approach is to find initiatives where our employees can participate directly and, without our encouragement, want to make change. Our main focus currently is on supporting children, improving cleanliness, and working with community organizations. We are choosing meaningful activities where our team shows their support and gives their best in these campaigns without being prompted.

Certainly, employees are allowed to suggest ideas for activities that would be helpful for local communities. We think that our team members know the needs of local communities because of their own experience. Their ideas will allow us to learn about some opportunities where Dev Technosys can be more useful when acting in a team.
Does Dev Technosys work with NGOs and community organizations?
We are ready to cooperate with any NGOs and community organizations that share our aims. Such cooperation will help us identify the needs of the local community and determine how we should conduct more effective CSR activities. We think that joint work will help us organize community projects properly.
Will Dev Technosys continue its CSR activities in the future?
Certainly, we are going to develop our CSR program by means of conducting community and environmental activities. Our clean-up activity is one of such steps on the way to social responsibility at work. As our CSR journey grows, we hope to support more causes with consistent team involvement.
